The Broker ARM GuideSM surveys Conforming and Jumbo Treasury, LIBOR, and FHA ARM products. This guide is published at approximately 2PM EST (1 PM CST, 12 PM MST, 11 AM PST) daily for each state.

The Broker ARM Guide compares net pricing on a state specific basis. Key adjustments such as Loan Size, Credit Score, LTV, Lock Period, and Promotions are included in net pricing shown on the guides. However, volume discounts or other premiums not available to all brokers are excluded in the net price calculation.
