The Agency / FHA Jumbo GuideSM surveys the Agency Jumbo Fixed (30 Year, 30 Year IO, 15 Year), Agency Jumbo ARM (5/1 LIBOR and 5/1 LIBOR IO), and FHA Jumbo (30 Year) products. This guide is published at approximately 2 PM EST (1 PM CST, 12 PM MST, 11 AM PST) daily for each state having material increases in agency loan size limits.

The Broker Agency / FHA Jumbo Guide compares net pricing on a state specific basis for states with expanded agency limits. Each state's loan size assumption is related to the increase in the loan size limits within that state. Like our other Guides, key adjustments such as Loan Size, Credit Score, LTV, Lock Period, and Promotions are included in the net price calculation. In addition, multiple note rates are shown for each product.
