The Correspondent ARM GuideSM surveys the core Conforming, Jumbo, and FHA Fixed products that historically have made up the bulk of the mortgage industry's volume. This guide is published at approximately 12:30PM EST (11:30 AM CST, 10:30 AM MST, 9:30 AM PST) daily for each state.

The Correspondent ARM Guide compares net pricing on a state specific basis. Key adjustments such as Loan Size, Credit Score, LTV, Lock Period, and Promotions are included in net pricing calculation as well as the Admin Fee which is converted to basis points based on loan size. Volume discounts or other premiums not available to all Correspondents are excluded in the net price calculation. Multiple loan size and note rate scenarios are provided for key products.
